BUT AT LEAST YOU STUCK AT IT AND ARE MAKING A GO OF IT. WE QUIT THE BUSINESS 10 YEARS AGO, DUE TO ILL HEALTH OF MY HUSBAND I HAVE NO REGRETS, WHERE WE WERE WAS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT MARKET TO YOURSELVES. MAY YOU GO ON AND SUCCEED AND REAP THE PROFITS AND TURNROUND ALL THE HEARTACHE YOU WENT THROUGH. WELL DONE

A lovely family trying to do the BEST that they can. They need support. Can't beleive the rotten comments left by some small minded people on Trip Advisor. The family are working hard on customer service. They need SUPPORT and I hope people in the area support the business. BEST OF LUCK.

Just watched your programme on television and it was great to see that you listened to Alex because she knows what is right. I run a pub and restaurant with 2 B&B rooms so I know how hard it is and that's why I watch these programmes to pick up great ideas. My wife and I stayed with you 2 years ago for a few days after attending a wedding near Tenby and, to be honest, our first impressions were the same as Alex Polizzi. However, having watched the programme, we were both impressed at how you all took on board all the advice and support she and her team appeared to give you. You have certainly had a rough ride over the past few years and we do hope that you continue to succeed and progress. We will make a point of calling by the next time we are in Pembrokeshire.
